Adding a site and choosing pages
How to add a website, how many sites your plan includes, and how to control which pages are scanned.
Add a site
On the dashboard, choose Add site and enter the home page address, for example https://example.com. A name is optional. How many sites you can add depends on your plan: 1 on Starter or a one-time audit, 5 on Pro and 30 on Agency.
If you move to a plan with fewer sites, nothing is deleted: the sites over the limit become read-only until you upgrade again.
Choose which pages are scanned
By default AccessibilityBrief finds pages by following links and your sitemap, up to your plan's page limit. In the site's settings, under Pages to scan, you can choose one of three modes:
| Mode | What happens |
|---|---|
| Let AccessibilityBrief choose | Pages are found automatically, up to your plan's limit. |
| My pages first, then the rest | The pages you pick are always scanned; the crawler fills the rest of the limit. |
| Only my pages | Exactly these pages and nothing else. New pages are never added by themselves. |
Add pages one per line; a path such as /pricing is enough. You can also pick pages found in the last scan.
Page limits
| Plan | Pages per scan |
|---|---|
| Free check | 1 |
| One-time audit | 300 |
| Starter | 200 |
| Pro | 1,000 |
| Agency | 1,000 per site |
Pages built from the same template, such as hundreds of product pages, are recognised so that a few examples are scanned instead of every copy. The report shows how many pages were found and how many were scanned.
