Account, sign-in and data
How sign-in works, managing your profile and devices, and how long your data is kept.
Sign-in
There are no passwords. Sign in with a link sent to your email address, or with Google. A sign-in lasts 7 days after you last use a device.
Profile and devices
Under Settings → Profile you can change your name, picture, company, role and the language of the app (English or German). The same page lists your signed-in devices; choose Sign out of other devices if you see one you do not recognise.
How long data is kept

To delete your account, go to Settings → Profile → Delete account and confirm with your email address. This deletes your account and every workspace you own, with all sites, scans and reports, and ends a paid plan of those workspaces immediately. Workspaces owned by other people are kept; you are only removed from them. For a copy of your data, contact us. Full details are in the privacy policy.
Security
- Passwords for scans behind a login, secret headers, integration tokens and AI keys are stored encrypted and never shown again.
- API keys are shown once; only a hash is stored.
- Every workspace sees only its own sites and reports.
