Pricing questions
What counts as a manual scan?
Each time you start a scan yourself. Scheduled rescans are separate and do not use your monthly allowance.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, from the billing page at any time. Changes are prorated by our payment provider, and if you downgrade, sites above the new limit become read-only rather than being deleted.
What does the one-time audit include?
One site, up to 300 pages, with every fix, prompt, export, share link and the statement draft, and your history kept for 12 months. It does not include monitoring.
Do I need to verify my site?
No. Every plan scans its full page limit either way. Verifying with a meta tag, a file or a DNS record proves the site is yours, which unlocks daily rescans and scanning pages behind a login on Pro and Agency. It also stops the tool being used against sites that are not yours.
Can I get a refund?
If a one-time audit did not work for you, contact us. Refunds are handled through our payment provider.
Automated testing detects only a portion of WCAG issues. Manual testing is required to assess full conformance.
