Refund and cancellation policy

Last updated: 2026-10-14

Who handles your payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, issues the invoice, collects any taxes and handles refunds.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying a one-time audit or of the first payment for a subscription, for any reason.

After 14 days we do not refund the rest of a billing period, unless the law where you live requires it.

To ask for a refund, use our contact page, reply to your Paddle receipt email, or go to paddle.net. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time in Settings, Billing, Manage billing. You will not be charged again.

Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. After that your workspace moves to the free plan: nothing is deleted, but sites over the free limit become read-only.

Changing plans

You can move to a higher or lower plan at any time. Paddle charges or credits the difference for the rest of the current period. If you move to a smaller plan, sites above its limit become read-only rather than being deleted.

One-time audits

A one-time audit unlocks the full report, fixes, prompts and exports for one site, and keeps them for 12 months. It does not renew and there is nothing to cancel.

If you live in the EU or the UK

As a consumer you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. The refund offered above already covers it, even if you have started using the paid features.
