Open a site and choose Statement. Fill in your organisation, website and a contact for accessibility feedback. Known limitations are filled in from your latest scan: remove what is fixed and add what you know about. Add the date of the last evaluation, any manual testing you actually did, and the enforcement body for your country.

Choose Generate statement and copy the HTML or Markdown version. It starts with a draft notice; remove it when you publish.
