No way to skip repeated navigation on Next.js
What this is
Keyboard users must tab through every menu link on each page before reaching the content. A "Skip to main content" link lets them jump past it.
Who it affects
- Keyboard users
- Screen reader users
- People with motor disabilities
Standards
How to fix it
- Add a link as the first focusable element in `<body>` that points to the main content.
- Give the main content an `id` (for example `<main id="main">`).
- Hide the link visually until it receives focus, then show it.
On Next.js
Use `<main>` in your layout and wrap navigation in `<nav aria-label="…">`, header in `<header>`, footer in `<footer>`.
